- It’s 2 cups (250 grams) of coarse besan or geamflour.

- In a bowl combine gram flour with melted 3 tbsp desi ghee and 3 tbsp milk mix well then press down the mixture cover and rest 20 minutes..

- Add malai little little keep mixing until all malai is absorbed inside the gramflour then off gas and set the gram flour mixture aside..
- For sugar syrup boil 1 cup sugar with half cup water keep mixing on high flame until sugar melts then check for 1 and half string consistency a shown in the pics below..
- Once 1 and half string consistency is acheived add cardamon nutmeg powder and roasted gram flour mix well off gas and let the mixture thicken a bit..
- Once the mixture thickens grease a thali or tray add the gram flour mixture flatten with a spoon smoothen the surface garnish with nuts cools completely for 1. An hour once hard cut it into pieces and serve store up to 1 week outside and 15 days in the fridge..
