- Make ready 1 bowl of potatoes.
- You need 1/2 bowl of onions.
- Take 1/2 bowl of tomatoes.
- You need 5 of Green chilli.
- It’s 1 tbsp of black pepper.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of salt (as taste).
- Take 4 of eggs.
- It’s of Oil.
- Take leaves of Coriander.
Afghani Omelette recipe step by step
- Firstly we add oil in pan.then add potatoes fry 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir after 3 4 minutes then add onion and cook 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes add tomatoes black pepper and salt.Cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Then add eggs one by one.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- Add green chilli and coriander leaves and cover it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- After 5 minutes ready Afghani omeltte.
- Serve with bread or bun.
