Ingredients of #wraps
- Take 100 gram of paneer.
- It’s 1 of chopped onion.
- It’s 1 of chopped tomato.
- Make ready to taste of salt.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Take 1 cup of flour.
- It’s 1/2 cup of maida.
- Take 6 tsp of oil.
- It’s of green corriander leaves for garnish.
- Prepare of luke warm water.
#wraps instructions
- Take a bowl add flour,maida,salt & oil..
- Knead it with lukewarm water to make a soft dough.
- Refrigerator the Dough for 20 min.
- Take a pan put 1 tbsp of oil in it,when it heat up add onions & cook till it becomes pink in colour then add all the ingredients & stir for a sec.
- Now add chopped tomatoes& stir it until it turns to a smooth paste then add grated paneer & cook for 5 min on low flame.
- Take out the dough & make chapaties out of it,.
- They should be little brown in colour.
- Take a chapati & put some stuffing of paneer on it.
- Wrap it & serve with tea.
