Ingredients of Butter Cake Choco Cheese
- Take 300 g of butter.
- You need 225 g of all-purpose flour.
- You need 7 of eggs.
- You need 215 g of caster sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- You need 1 tbs of baking powder.
- Prepare 75 g of grated cheddar cheese.
- It’s 1 tbs of cacao power.
Butter Cake Choco Cheese instructions
- Mix the eggs and sugar until it's incorporated.
- Add the butter, use hard butter to get the crumble texture from the butter.
- Add the flour, vanilla extract and baking powder, mix them well.
- Before adding the grated cheese, take approximately 10tbs of the batter to add with cacao power.
- Add the grated cheese to the remaining batter.
- Pour the cheesey batter onto the baking pan, and top it off with the chocolate batter.
- Bake for 40mins at 160°c using the bottom heat, once the cake is almost done, switch the heat to top for about 5mins or less.
- Once the surface of the cake is brown in color, remove from the oven and cool it down.
- Cut into 20pcs, or as per your liking and serve it. Enjoy!.
