Ingredients of Buffalo Chicken Wraps
- Make ready 3 each of Boneless chicken breasts.
- Make ready 2 cup of shredded lettuce.
- Make ready 1 cup of diced tomatoes.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of ranch dressing.
- Make ready 3/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce.
- Prepare 3 cup of All purpose flour.
- Take 2 tbsp of garlic salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of course ground black pepper.
- It’s 3 tbsp of Lawry's seasoning salt.
- Prepare 3 each of eggs.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
- It’s 6 each of Large flour tortillas (any flavor).
Buffalo Chicken Wraps instructions
- Heat oil in medium pot to 350°.
- Mix flour, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and black pepper in large bowl.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture.
- Coat chicken well in flour mixture.
- Deep fry chicken 2-3 strips at a time until golden brown.
- Meanwhile shred lettuce and dice tomatoes.
- Remove chicken from fryer, place on paper towel. Allow to cool to touch.
- Heat buffalo sauce in small saucepan just until heated through.
- Hand shred chicken into bite size pieces. Place into large bowl.
- Pour buffalo sauce over chicken. Stir until well coated.
- Spread ranch dressing onto tortillas. Add small amount of lettuce, tomatoes then chicken. You can add as much or little as you want. I also like to have a small side of ranch for dipping.
