- Take 3 cups of All Purpose Flour (Maida).
- You need 2 tsp of Yeast.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Olive Oil.
- Take 2 tbsp of Yogurt.
- It’s 1 tsp of Salt.
- Take 1 tsp of Sugar.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Parsley and Basil.
- You need of Seekh Kebabs:.
- Make ready 1 kg of Mince Meat (ratio of fats should be half of meat).
- It’s 1/2 bunch of Coriander leaves (chopped).
- Take 6/7 of Mint leaves (chopped).
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder.
- It’s 3 of Green chillies.
- It’s 1 tsp of Cummin seeds powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Blackpepper (pounded).
- It’s 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Take 1 of Onion.
- Take 2 tbsp of Yogurt.
- Take of Salad:.
- Take As needed of Lettuce.
- It’s As needed of Onion.
- You need As needed of Cabbage.
- Prepare 1 of Capsicum.
- Prepare 1 of Carrot.
Kebab wrap with corn kebab and homemade wraps.I have already posted kebabs - corn kebab and gulnar seekh kebab.So any of your favorite kebab can be used.I have used homemade tortillas, you can use readymade tortilla wrap too, for making the job easy.
Whosayna’s Seekh Kebab Wraps step by step
- Arabian Roti: Mix ingredients well, then bind soft dough using hot water.
- Then knead well till dough is soft.
- Let it rise till it's double in size.
- Punch back make small balls, roll each into roti.
- Can either use ghee to apply or keep it dry.
- Seekh Kebabs: Blend together yogurt, coriander, onion and mint leaves, green chillies, all spices, salt and oil.
- Double mince the mince meat, mix the yogurt mixture with it and marinate for three hours.
- Shape in seekh kebabs and arrange on tray.
- Put in skewers then char grill till done (or can just use thin net rack if not using skewers).
- Salad: Shredd thin jullienes of the above.
- Add either cheese dip or mayonnaise with little hot sauce, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well or use tamarind and hot sauce.
- How to make wraps: Lay one roti and put a tablespoon of salad mixture evenly then lay seekh kebab can put lettuce on sides too, roll as wraps.
