- It’s 1 1/4 cup of Refined flour (maida).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of rice flour.
- It’s 1 of egg.
- Take 1/2 tsp of sugar.

- You need 1 Pinch of different food colours (can use any colour of ur choice).
- Take 1 cup or as needed of water.

- It’s 3/4 cup of chicken pieces (cut into tiny pieces).
- Prepare 1/4 cup of spring onion greens.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of jeera powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- You need 1 tsp of pepper powder.

- You need 1/4 cup of coriander leaves.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.

Chicken wraps instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped onion fry till translucent.
- Next add ginger garlic paste fry for 1 min,next add chopped capsicum followed by all masala pds fry this for 1min.
- Next add chicken and 1/2 cup water, salt cover and cook till chicken is well cooked.
- Once the chicken is cooked add chopped spring onion greens and coriander leaves mix well cook till this stuffing becomes little dry,switch off the flame.
- Add lime juice to this mixture and set aside.
- For crepes.
- In a wide bowl add refined flour, rice flour, salt, sugar, egg and 1cup water (if required add more water, it should be like masala dose batter consistency).
- Add some batter in 3 seprate bowls and mix few drops of different food colours.
- Next in remaining batter add some water(like neer dosa consistency it should be).
- Pour coloured batter into a ketchup bottle.
- Heat a non stick pan on medium heat and grease it with little oil,take coloured batter filled ketchup bottle, press out small dots on a hot greased pan.
- Wait for 2 seconds till dots dries up a little next pour the remaining thin batter over this. cover and cook on low medium heat till done.
- Make all the crepes this way using different colour dots.
- Place chicken filling in centre, fold and role.
- Cut and serve hot.
