- First we prepare the dough by combining both flours,oil,salt and water…keep it aside…
- Take a pan and add water in it for boiling the rolls..turn on the flame on high….
- Now make tortillas with the help of roller pin….
- Now add it in boiling water..cover the pan and boil for 2-3 minutes on medium flame….
- Now we prepare sauce,take a pan,add oil in it,after golden brown it,add finely chopped onion till red brown,then add chopped tomatoes in it… continue stire…saute for 5 minutes…add salt and black pepper in it…add chilli flakes too….
- Take it out,add oregano in it..if you like little sweet,then add some tomato catch up in it…
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes..Grease the plate..take tortilla in it one by one by placing over the layer of sauce…add cheese on it…
- Keep it in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degree.
- After that,switch off…and take it out from the oven..cut it into pieces….
- Serve hot…..
