Ingredients of Dal Pakwaan
- You need 1/2 bowl of maida.
- It’s 1/2 bowl of gehun aata.
- It’s 1/4 bowl of suji.
- It’s 1 tbsp of oil for moyan.

- Make ready As needed of Water for kneading paratha type aata.

- You need 1 1/2 bowl of chana dal.
- You need 1/2 bowl of mung dhuli dal.
- It’s 1 tsp of oil for tadaka.
- Make ready 2 tsp of jeera.
- You need 1/4 tsp of hing.
- You need 2 tsp of lal mirch powder.
- Take 1 tsp of haldi powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of dhaniya powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt for dal.
- It’s 2 glass of water for dal.

- Now rest the aata for 15/20 minutes and then take a loi and roll i round shape like roti but not to thick not to thin. Shape should be like punjabi puris. Now with fork perk holes in it so while frying it doesn't puff up..
