  5. You need 1-1/2 Cups of Vegetable Stock.

  9. Prepare 1 tbs of Ginger.
  10. Take of Spices.
  11. You need 4 of Cardamom Pods.
  12. Prepare 4 of Cloves.
  13. Prepare 2 of Bay Leaves.
  14. You need 2 tsp of Garam Masala.
  15. It’s 1 tsp of Ground Corriander.
  16. You need 1 tsp of Ground Cumin.
  17. Take 1 tsp of Ground Tumeric.

  1. Place onion, garlic and ginger in a processor and make a paste. Add oil to a pot, saute paste, add spices and mix through..
