Ingredients of Fish Omlette
- It’s 2 of Eggs.
- You need 1/2 of chopped spring onion.
- Make ready 1/2 of chopped tomato outer layer.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- It’s of Fresh coriander for garnish.
- You need 3 Tbsp of Cooking Oil.
Fish Omlette step by step
- Separate egg white and egg yolk. Firstly beat the egg whites until they form a fluffy foam..
- When the egg white foam is enough fluffy, add chopped spring onions and tomatoes. Again beat it. After that, add egg yolks and beat again..
- When beaten well, firstly add black pepper and then salt. Make sure to add salt at end since it will disturb the foamy mixture. And don't use beater now, mix it with spatula..
- Heat 2-3 Tbsp oil in pan. Add the mixture to pan and spread it. Let it cook from one side. When it gets cooked from one side. Fold it from one side and then from other side. So that it appears in rectangular shape..
- Cook it well. Then cut it from sides to give it appearence of a fish. Use green part of spring onion to show the fins of fish and use any red pepper or any item available for showing its eye..
