- In a pressure cooker put the tuvar dal and mogar dal wash the dal cleanly and put in turmeric and 2 cups water and close the pressure cooker wait for 3 whistles dal is ready.
- In a pan take ghee and put jeera hing green chilli kada masalas and fry for 2 min then add onion and garlic ginger paste and put all the dry masala and tomato fry for 2 min.
- For tadak take ghee and put jeera,hing, lal mirch and add in the dal.
- Then add in the dal and boiled will be come in dal and Granish with carionder leaves.
