Ingredients of Chicken Haleem

  1. Prepare 200 gm of boiled chicken (bone less).
  2. You need 50 of Mash Pulse.
  3. Take 50 gm of Moong beans.
  4. Prepare 50 GM of lentil pulse.
  5. Prepare 50 gm of rice.
  6. You need 50 gm of wheat seeds.
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. Make ready 4 of green chillies.
  9. It’s of Salt (as needed).
  10. It’s 2 tbsp of crushed red pepper.
  11. Take 1/2 tsp of white powdered cumin.
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp of coriander.
  13. Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  14. You need of Water (as required).
  15. Take 1 of onion.
  16. You need 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  17. Prepare 1/2 cup of oil.
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp of white cumin.

Chicken Haleem instructions

  1. Soak mash pulses, lentils,mash,rice,wheat grains in water for an hour..
  2. Put all of it in a vessel and boil it till it makes foam..
  3. Remove the foam and add salt, turmeric and boil it for 15-20 mins. Now blend it in a blender to make paste.
  4. Boil boneless chicken and make tiny little fibers of it.
  5. Now add oil,onions,turmeric, white cumin and cook it till.deep fry.
  6. Add chopped green chillies, ginger and garlic paste,salt,white cumin crushed,powdered coriander,chicken fibers and all the pulses, rice,wheat paste and cook it..
  7. Add the lemon juice and cook it for four to five mins.
  8. Your chicken Haleem is ready.Garnish it with ginger,lemon slices, fried onions and green chillies..
