- You need 1 tsp of Tempura crumbs (optional).

- Take 1 of as required ☆ Okonomiyaki sauce.
- Make ready 1 of as required ☆ Mayonnaise.
- Take 1 of as required ☆ Dried Bonito flakes.

Okonomiyaki-style Toast instructions
- Cut out the white part of the bread (with your knife cut along the crust)..
- Slice the bacon and cabbage..
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay the crust in the pan. Fill the cavity with cabbage and bacon. (Fry over a medium to low heat.).
- Salt and pepper. Stir in the whisked egg and tempura crumbs..
- Place the cut-out white part of bread over the ingredients inside the crust. Press gently..
- Flip and fry further..
