Ingredients of Veg fish
- You need 1 bottle of gourd medium-sized.
- Make ready for of stuffing ingredients..
- Take 100 grams of cabbage.
- Take 100 grams of cauliflower.
- You need 100 grams of cottage cheese.
- Take 2 of boiled potatoes.
- Take 100 gms of boiled peas.
- Take 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 4 of green chillies chopped.
- Take 10-15 of mint leaves.
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp each of Coriander powder,red chilli powder.
- You need as needed of Salt and turmeric powder.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
- It’s For of gravy–.
- It’s 50 grams of roasted peanuts.
- Take 3 tbsp of roasted coconut.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
- Take 3 of onions (brown onion paste).
- You need 1 inch of cinnamon stick.
- Make ready 3-4 of bay leaves.
- Take 3-4 of cloves.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
- Take 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
- It’s as needed of Turmeric and salt.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of garam masala.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of fenugreek leaves.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of cream.
- Prepare as required of Coriander leaves.
- You need 6 tbsp of oil.
I, as a vegetarian, don't eat fish or meat.I usually try to follow with something like "but I cheat sometimes with fish" so people realize fish isn't really veg, but even that's a lie because again, I don't.A wide variety of veg soya fish options are available to you, such as variety, certification, and style.Fresh steam fish, vegetables and great environment.
Veg fish step by step
- First take bottle gourd and cut it's down side part for base.
- Don't peel off the bottle gourd.
- Cut in bhi shape from front side for face and back side also bhi shape for it's tail.
- From upside make skulls and eye like fish, shown in the picture.
- Now on slow flame roast it on tawa aur kadai.
- Turn it slowly added with chilli powder salt and turmeric powder.
- Slowly turn it continuously on very slow flame till it get tender.
- Apply ginger garlic paste on it and roast properly.
- When it get tender and roasted properly, take out all seeds from inside (make it hollow).
- Fish stuffing–.
- Now take a kadhai and add some oil and crackle cumin seeds..
- Now add finely chopped inside the material, which we took out from bottle gourd.
- Now add finely chopped cabbage and cauliflower.
- Add coriander powder jeera powder red chilli powder turmeric and salt and mix properly.
- Now add chopped boiled potatoes and boiled green peas.
- Add finely chopped cottage cheese,mint and 1 tomato finely chopped.
- Add Ginger garlic paste and garam masala and mix it properly.
- Cover it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame,stuffing is ready.
- For gravy–.
- In a kadhai add 4 tbsp oil and add cloves, bay leaves and cinnamon stick.
- Now crackle some jeera or cumin seeds.
- Add Ginger garlic paste and stir it..
- Now add brown onion paste and mix it properly.
- Now add coriander and jeera powder turmeric and salt as needed.
- Now add peanut, roasted coconut and seasam seed powder.
- Mix well properly and add garam masala and kasuri methi or fenugreek leaves.
- Add water as needed and cover it for 5 minutes.
- When it get boil switch off the flame and add cream gravy is ready.
- Now prepared stuffing fill in roasted bottle gourd (from down side) and slowly put it in a dish.
- And pour prepared gravy on fish, add coriander leaves and the veg. fish is ready.
