- For Bati : Take wheat flour add ghee to it and mix well, when you hold the flour and ghee together it should come together and be firm like in the picture.Now add water slowly and make a soft dough..

- Let it turn golden brown. After it turns golden brown add the daal chilli powder dhaniya powder amchur jeera powder and mix well and cook for 5 mins. Add lime juice after it cools.Serve into a bowl and garnish with pudina leaves..
- For churma : Now on the gas stove place the grill and place one boiled bati over the flame and cook well on both sides and keep aside.Repeat the process for one more..
- Now take a mixi jar add sugar, cardamom and two bati and make it into powder.Churma is ready..
