- It’s 2 cups of cooked quinoa.
- It’s 1 cup of Cannellini beans, drained, rinsed & mashed.
- Take 1 cup of mix veggies(carrots, bell peppers)or any veggies of your chioce.
- Prepare 2 Tbsp of chickpea flour.
- Make ready 1 Tsp of garlic powder.
- You need 1 Tbsp of mix herb seasoning.
- Take to taste of salt.
- You need 1 tsp of black pepper.
- You need 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Quinoa Patty instructions
- Cook the quinoa with 2cups of water..
- Drain, rinse and add the beans..
- Give the nice whirl to all the veggies and beans..
- Mix it with cooked quinoa. Add salt, pepper, mix herb and chickpea flour and mix well..
- Start forming patty tightly of the quinoa mixture, around the size of a tablespoon for each. Set them aside..
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over a medium high heat. Add the quinoa patties to the pan, and cook till nice golden and crisp on all edges. Remove with the help of tong..
