You can have Chilli Fish using 12 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Chilli Fish
- You need 500 gm of Vetki/Basa Fish.
- It’s 1 cup of Onion slices.
- Take 1 tbsp of Garlick chopped.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Capcicum chopped.
- You need 500 gm of Oil for chicken fry.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil for gravy.
- Take 3 tbsp of Chilli sauce.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Black pepper.
- You need 2 piece of Eggs.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Cornflower.
Chilli Fish step by step
- In a mixing bowl add the fish with egg, soy sauce 1 tbsp,cornflower 1 tsp & salt and mix and marinated atleast 1 hour..
- Heat 500 gm oil in a pan and add the fish for deep fry. Heat oil in a another pan add garlic & then add onion & capsicum & stir..
- Add salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce and fried fish and nice stir..
- Add little bit water and conflower. Garnishing with spring onion & serve hot..
