Ingredients of Stuffed Tomato

  1. You need 5 of tomatoes big size.
  2. You need 250 gms of paneer.
  3. Take 1 tbsp of chopped almonds.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of kishmish.
  5. Take 1 tbsp of chopped kaju.
  6. It’s 3 of green chillies.
  7. Take 1 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.
  8. Take 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp of salt.
  10. Make ready of Gravy.
  11. Prepare 2 of onions paste.
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  13. Take 1/4 cup of fresh dahi.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  15. It’s 1 tsp of dhania powder.
  16. It’s 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder.
  17. Make ready 1/4 tsp of haldi powder.
  18. Take 2 tbsp of tomato puree.
  19. Take 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.
  20. Take 1 tsp of sugar.
  21. It’s 1/4 cup of Oil.
  22. Take 1 tsp of salt.
  23. Take 2 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.

Stuffed Tomato step by step

  1. Cut tomatoes into half.
  2. Scoop ths tomatoes and keep the pulp in the mixer jar to be grinded with onions.
  3. Mix paneer with nuts and spices.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry upside down on high heat only for few minutes..take it out and cool.
  5. Stuff with paneer filling and keep the leftover paneer mixer to be added in gravy with tomatoez.
  6. In leftover oil add onion and pulp paste.Add ginger garlic paste and all powdered spices… cook on low heat.
  7. Add tomato puree,sugar,dahi and cook till the mixture leaves oil..now add tomato sauce abd cook for few minutes.
  8. Add 1 cup waTer and drop tomatoes in the gravy and cook till it is soft.
  9. Sprinkle chopped coriander and grated paneer on top and serve with besan roti and garlic chutney.
  10. You can also bake the dish.
