Ingredients of Stuffed Tomato
- You need 5 of tomatoes big size.
- You need 250 gms of paneer.
- Take 1 tbsp of chopped almonds.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of kishmish.
- Take 1 tbsp of chopped kaju.
- It’s 3 of green chillies.
- Take 1 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.
- Take 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Make ready of Gravy.
- Prepare 2 of onions paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Take 1/4 cup of fresh dahi.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of dhania powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of haldi powder.
- Take 2 tbsp of tomato puree.
- Take 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.
- Take 1 tsp of sugar.
- It’s 1/4 cup of Oil.
- Take 1 tsp of salt.
- Take 2 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.
Stuffed Tomato step by step
- Cut tomatoes into half.
- Scoop ths tomatoes and keep the pulp in the mixer jar to be grinded with onions.
- Mix paneer with nuts and spices.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry upside down on high heat only for few minutes..take it out and cool.
- Stuff with paneer filling and keep the leftover paneer mixer to be added in gravy with tomatoez.
- In leftover oil add onion and pulp paste.Add ginger garlic paste and all powdered spices… cook on low heat.
- Add tomato puree,sugar,dahi and cook till the mixture leaves oil..now add tomato sauce abd cook for few minutes.
- Add 1 cup waTer and drop tomatoes in the gravy and cook till it is soft.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander and grated paneer on top and serve with besan roti and garlic chutney.
- You can also bake the dish.
