- It’s 3 of Tomatos.
- Make ready 5 of Chilli.
- Prepare to taste of Spices.

- It’s 1 tbsp of biryani masala.
Chettinad Nattu Kozhi Biryani instructions
- Cook the chicken with 4 whistle's and keep it aside..
- Take a bottomed pan add refined oil, fry the spices and add sliced onion, when the onion starts to get brown add tomatoes and fry for 5 min..
- Next, add ginger garlic chilli and mint paste along with cooked chicken, turn the flame medium low, after 5 min add biryani masala, cook till the oil is separated..
- Next add the soaked basmati rice and add required water. after keep it for dum for 20 minutes..
- Finally add coriander and keep boiled eggs and serve it hot..
