Now cook the masala for around another minute. now grate the boiled potatoes and mix them well in masala. add 1 tbsp butter. add boiled veggies. now add some water and with help of pav bhaji masher..mash it well. add 1-2 tsp red chilli powder and 1-2 tsp pav bhaji masala again. you can add chilli powder and oav bhaji masala according to your taste. add more if you want it more spicy. add 2-3 tbsp butter. add some water. mash it well with masher.add frsh coriander leaves..
  4. Now take pavs. cut them in between. take a tawa. add some butter and sprinkle red chilli powder. toast the pavs. serve pav bhaji with chopped onions and lemon wedges..and with loads of butter on top.
