- Take 1 of Mentaiko.
- Prepare 6 tbsp of Mayonnaise.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Plain yogurt.
- Make ready 1/4 of Carrot.
- Take 1 of Cucumber.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Soy sauce.
- Take 1 dash of Pepper.
- Take 1 of Loose leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes.
Mentaiko Potato Salad step by step
- Wash the potatoes well, then boil for 10 minutes with the skins on. This will make them more delicious. When a skewer can easily pass through, they're ready!.
- If you use a microwave, it's even easier. Wrap the damp potatoes up in plastic wrap and heat for about 5 minutes..
