  6. Prepare 2 tsps of Soya sauce -.

  10. You need to taste of Salt.

  12. Make ready 1/2 tbsp of Garlic chopped -.
  13. Make ready 1/2 tbsp of Ginger chopped -.

  15. Take 3 nos of Red chilli (deseeded and crushed)-.
  16. Take 1 no of Onion (diced)-.
  17. It’s 11/2 tbsps of Spring onion chopped -.
  18. Take 1/2 cup of Capsicum (diced)-.
  19. Prepare 1 tsp of Kashmiri Chili powder -.
  20. It’s 1 tsp of Pepper powder - more.
  21. Make ready 1 tbsp of Tomato sauce -.

Chilli Fish step by step

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the batter with enough water to form a thick batter..
  2. Add the fish pieces into the batter and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish pieces and keep aside..
  4. Heat oil in another pan and add the chopped ginger, garlic,red chili flakes and green chilies.Saute till done..
  5. Add onion,bell pepper and spring onion, saute till onion turn translucent..
  6. Add chili powder and pepper powder.Saute for a minute..
  7. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce,stir well.Add some water and bring to a boil.Add salt to taste..
  8. Add 3 tbsp water to cornflour and mix well.Add this to the gravy.Stir well till the gravy thickens..
  9. Now reduce the flame and add the fried fish pieces,cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes..
  10. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top and serve.
