- Take 5 of black pepper whole.

- Tip: for soft yummy koftas add 1 tsp yougart…
- Make small meat ball with we hands..keep it aside…
- In big pot add oil & fry onion take them out…
- In blender jug add fried onion, yogurt, remaining all masala & blend it completely till it becomes paste…
- In same pot in which you fry onion add ginger garlic paste &add all whole spices fry in oil then add blended masala in it add few drops of water & bhoonify it till you got beautiful colour & amazing aroma..add salt…
- Now add meatballs one by one by tilting pot don't mix it with spoon.. slowly add meatballs and slowly shake the pot…
- First cook on medium flame for 5 min then slowly add 1 cup water from the sides of pot & again carefully tilt & shake pot now cover it & put it on dum for 20 minutes or.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves enjoy with garama garamNan & rice.
