Ingredients of HashBrown Omlette
- Make ready of Potato base :-.
- You need 3 tbsp of oil.
- You need 2 of medium potatoes grated.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of maida.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Take 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
- Take of Egg layer :-.
- Take 3 of eggs whisked.
- You need 1 of small onion chopped.
- You need 3 tbsp of tomatoes chopped.
- Prepare 1 of medium green chilli minced.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
- Prepare 2 of cheddar cheese slices.
- Take 1/8 tsp of paprika powder.
HashBrown Omlette step by step
- Grate potatoes in a food processor finely or you can use a manual grater also..
- Once the potatoes are grated add salt, pepper and flour to it. Mix well and set aside..
- Prepare egg mixture. In a bowl add eggs, onion, tomatoes, green chillies, salt, pepper, red chilli powder. Whisk well and set aside..
- In a pan take 3 tbsp oil and put the potato mixture in it. Spread evenly like a bed of potatoes on the pan. Let it cook on slow flame for 5 minutes..
- Now flip the potato base and cook for another 3 minutes..
- Put cheese slices on potato base and then sprinkle paprika powder on the cheese slices..
- Pour the egg mixture over the potato and cheese base. Cover and cook on slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes..
- Flip the omlette and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes..
- Dish out on a platter by inverting the pan over the platter..
- Serve hot with paratha or toast❤❤.
