Ingredients of Club Sandwiches
- Take 6 Slices of Bread.
- It’s of Leftover Chicken Korma
(see recipe).
- You need 2 of Eggs.
- It’s of Cheese slices as required.
- You need of Sandwich Spread as required.
- Prepare of Ketchup as required.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- You need 1 of Cucumber sliced.
- Prepare 1 of Tomato sliced.
- You need of Butter as required.
- Take 1 tbspn of water.
Club Sandwiches instructions
- Beat the eggs with salt, Black pepper powder and 1 tbspn water..
- Heat 1 tbspn butter and make omelets in a pan. Cut them from center into 4 pieces..
- Now heat the bread slices with butter in pan from both sides till they are golden in color. Remove the edges..
- Apply ketchup on one slice, other slice apply Chicken spread place omelet on it,then cucumber slices.
- Then leftover chicken korma pieces..
- Add tomato slices.
- Then cheese slice and chicken spread over cheese. Cover it with other slice with ketchup or spread on it..
- Cut it in triangles..
- Tip: You can also place salad leave in it, but only if you want to eat it on spot. If you are giving it to kids for lunch then don’t place cucumber, tomatoes or salad leaves because their taste will change after some time..
