Ingredients of Masala Tea
- It’s 1 cup of Water.
- Prepare 4 of Green Cardamom.
- You need 1 piece of Ginger (cut in small pieces).
- Take 4 of Cloves.
- Take 2 sticks of Cinnamon.
- It’s 50 gm of Jaggery.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Black Tea.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Fennel.
- Make ready 2 cups of Milk.
Masala Tea instructions
- Firsty make a light paste of Ginger and Cardamom..
- In a pot add Water. Add the Ginger and Cardamom paste and lightly mix it..
- Add Cloves,Cinnamon, Fennel and Black Tea..
- Slow down the flame a bit and add Jaggery. Mix it until the Jaggery dissolves..
- Add Milk when the Jaggery dissolves..
- Now Cook it. Bring it to a great Boil. (There's no Limited Time you just have to wait until a boil comes)..
- Our Masala Tea is ready. Drain the Tea..
