6. Take 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour.
7. You need 2-3 tbsp of butter.
8. Make ready 2.5 cup of milk.
9. Prepare of Black pepper as per taste.
10. Take of Salt as per taste.
11. You need of Oregano as per taste.
12. Prepare of Sandwich bread.

1. Boil the chicken and shread well.
2. In a pan add butter and saute onion until soft and pink.
3. Add all-purpose flour to it and mix well till there is mild change in colour.
4. Add milk to it and mix well to make a good consistency sauce.
5. You can add more milk if required.
6. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, capsicum, cabbage Andy mushrooms to sauce and mix well.
7. Set aside the mixture to let it cool to room temperature.
8. Take the sandwich bread and apply butter to the slices.
9. Add chicken mixture to the slice and place other slice over it.
10. Grill the sandwich till nicely golden.
11. Once done, cut it into triangle and serve fresh with any topping of your choice.
