Ingredients of Masala tea
- It’s 6 cup of milk.
- Prepare 2 teaspoon of tea powder.
- You need 3 teaspoon of sugar.
- It’s 1/2 inch of ginger.
- Prepare 2 of green cardamom.
- You need 1/2 cup of cream.
Masala tea instructions
- Boil the milk on medium flame till it gets reduced to three fourth of it's quantity..
- Now add tea powder, sugar, smashed ginger and green cardamom..
- Let it cook for some time till it's colour changes to bright brown..
- Once it's cooked strain the tea in another pot..
- Keep the strained tea on high flame and add cream let it cook for another minute or two..
- Tea is ready. serve hot with rusk..
