  5. For Kulcha - in a bowl add Maida, curd, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, salt, water as per need to make a soft dough. Keep it covered for 30 mins.
  6. Make balls and with rolling pin make a thick Kulcha. Brush with water and add chopped coriander leaves, black and white sesame seeds and press it with your palm or with rolling pin. Brush water on the other side too.
  7. In a semi hot tawa place the side which has no coriander leaves and on low flame keep it on, bubbles will arise. Flip side and cover the tawa. 2-3 mins the Kulcha will be done.
  8. Baste with butter and serve hot.
  9. Serve both and enjoy.
