  1. It’s 1 packet of Doritos/Fornos.
  2. It’s 1 cup of diced mixed vegetables like Onion, Tomato, Capsicum etc.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese. You can use only mozzarella.
  4. Make ready 1 teaspoon of mixed Herb for seasoning.
  5. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Chilli flakes.
  6. Take 8 pieces of black Olives for garnishing.

  1. Cut the vegetables in small pieces..
  2. Take 1 packet of Forno/Dorito. I used baked Forno..
  3. Take some tart moulds in a baking tray. Small steel bowls will also work..
  4. Arrange the Fornos or Doritos in the mould so that they overlap each other and look like flowers..
  5. Place the diced vegetables to the centre of each flower.Sprinkle some seasonings like mixed herbs and chilli flakes..
  6. Also sprinkle some cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the veggies.Garnish with olive pieces..
  7. Preheat oven at 200 degree C for 10 minutes..
  8. Bake the nacho flowers in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes or until cheese melts and forno starts changing colour from sides..
  9. Enjoy these tasty, cheesy and good looking quick snacks at anytime..
