Ingredients: For the potatoes topping; 4 large potatoes boiled & cooled; 2 tbsp butter; 4 tbsp milk; 1 pinch black pepper; To taste salt; For the vegetables; 2 cups carrots, french beans cut into bite size, slightly boiled; 1 cup broccoli small florets blanched (if available); 1 cup capsicum cut into small bite size; 1 cup fresh mushrooms cut into bite size; 1/2 cup fresh green peas shelled; 1 cup tomatoes chopped; 1 cup onions chopped; 1/2 cup garlic chopped; 4 tbsp vegetable stock; 3 tbsp refined flour; 4 tbsp fresh cream; 2-3 tsp mixed herbs; 2-3 tsp red chilli flakes to taste; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1 tbsp butter; 2 tbsp olive oil; To taste salt; For Baking; 1 ovenproof baking bowl; 1 piping cone bag & nozzle
