  1. You need 500 gm of Chicken-500g.
  2. You need 50 gm of All purpose flour-50g.
  3. Make ready 30 gm of Cornflour-30g.
  4. You need 1 cup of capsicum cubes.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of spring onion.
  6. It’s 1 cup of onion cubes.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. Make ready of salt and black pepper as per taste.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
  11. Prepare 11 tbsp of oil.

Due to the chili powder, this recipe is with reddish color.Meanwhile, Andhra is more of a green chili chicken dish which is tempered with green chilies and curry leaves instead of sauces like the first one.This is my Mum style of chicken preparation.I remember having this dish right from my childhood days.

  1. Wash chicken 2-3 times and marinate with salt,black pepper,ginger garlic paste.
  2. Now mix all purpose and corn flour and bit food colour in chicken..make like pkoda with this.
  3. Heat a pan add oil..saute capsicum and onion and spring onion on high flame,add salt and pepper add soya sauce and ketchup,mixmit well.
  4. Now in a cup make a liquid with water and corn flour pour this in pan mix it again now place chicken with enough water.
  5. Now place chicken pkoda on medium flame and cook for 2 minutes.

Also add more water to get a.Chicken cubes marinated, fried and sauteed in spicy and tangy sauce.Best served with Vegetable/Chicken Fried rice.
