  9. Make ready 1 sachet of gelatine powder to make orange jelly.

  3. Stir the hot milk in the pan in between & let it heat & come to a gentle boil..
  4. Then lower the heat, add sugar & start adding the custard mix.Add little at a time & mix after each addition.Add the vanilla essence..
  5. Whisk continuously.Cook for 2-3 mints until the custard thickens.There should be no lumps..
  6. Remove from heat & let it cool down a bit..
  7. Prepare the base- Crush the milk bikis biscuits to a grinder to make fine powder.Then in a mixing bowl put the biscuit powder, add the room temperature butter & mix with your finger tips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs..
  8. Press the mixture in a rectangle shaped glass tray & refrigerate it to set..
  9. Then top with tangerine segments or orange pieces.After that pour the custard & refrigerate to set..
  10. In the meantime make the jelly by adding gelatine powder in boiling water.Stir until dissolved..
  11. Pour the orange juice in the jelly mix & stir well to make orange jelly..
  12. Bring the custard try from refrigerator & pour the orange jelly over it.Again refrigerate for10-15 mints to set..
  13. Decorate with orange circles..
