- Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce.

- Prepare 2 cups of water mixed with 1 tsp cornflour.

- You need 2 cups of curd.
- Make ready 1 tsp of turmeric.
- Make ready 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 1 tsp of red food coloring.
- You need 500 GMs of boneless chicken breast cut in cubes.
- Prepare 1 cup of maida.
- It’s 1 cup of corn flour.
- You need as needed of Oil for deep frying.
Chilli Chicken Gravy instructions
- Keep the veggies chopped and ready for the gravy..
- Make the marinade with the chicken and marinade ingrediants mentioned above. Set aside in refrigerator for 15-20 mins..
- Deep fry the chicken cubes in oil. Drain on a tissue..
- Simultaneously in another pan with 2 tsp oil, dry off ajwain and mustard seeds, garlic, then add the other veggies. Keep frying on medium flame..
- Now add the salt, chilli powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and sugar. Mix well..
- Add the corn flour water if you desire gravy consistency. If you desire dry chilli chicken skip this step..
- Simmer for 6-10 mins in the uncovered pan. Let it bubble up..
- Finally add the fried chicken to the sauce and mix well. Continue to cook for 2 mins on low flame. Garnish with spring onions and coriander. Serve with rice/roti. Tastes great sandwiched between bread also!.
