Ingredients of Mango stuffed Rasgulla Trifle

  1. Prepare 1/2 liter of milk.

  1. Take 2 tbsp milk and add custard powder in it.
  2. Mix finely no lumps should remain.
  3. Book milk and add sugar.
  4. When milk boil add custard mix and stir continuously.
  5. When it become thick turn off gas and cool custard.
  6. Make mango puree and add it in custard.
  7. Keep in freeze for set.
  8. Dip all rasgulla in water and remove sugar syrup.
  9. Scoop rasgoola and fill with mango pieces.
  10. Arrange rasgulla at bottom of serving bowl.
  11. Then make second layer with pomegranate.
  12. Third with green grapes.
  13. Then add remaining mango pieces.
  14. Next with black grapes.
  15. Then add mango custard.
  16. And top with mango filled rasgulla.
  17. Garnish with pomegranate.
  18. Add nuts and sprinkle pista powder.
  19. Serve cold.
