- For coating, add corn flour and all purpose flour and mix and coat the balls with this mixture.
- Now add all second coating ingredients in a mixing bowl,add some water and mix and prepare a flowing consistency better.
- Heat oil in deep pan, now take coated flour coated balls,dip in second coating now finally coated with bread crumbs and left in hot oil for fry.
