1. Peel the potatoes, wash & put in the sufuria, then boil until cooked..
2. Wash the veggies & boil them for 10 minutes..
3. Drain the water, cool them for ten minutes, then blend the veggies..
4. Add the pre boiled maize to the potatoes with salt..
5. Add the blended veggies & mash evenly..
