Ingredients of Khichadi Lolipops
- You need 1 cup of left over khichadi.
- Make ready 1 of onion finely chopped.
- It’s 1 of capsicum finely chopped.
- Take 3 tbsp of besan.
- Take 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.
- It’s 2 tbsp of coriander leaves.
- It’s 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It’s 2 tsp of amchur powder.
- Take 2 tsp of chat masala.
- Make ready 2 tsp of salt.
- You need 10-12 of icecream sticks.
- Take 2 cups of oil for frying.
Khichadi Lolipops step by step
- Heat a kadhai and add khichdi and onion capsicum and saute it nicely till you get a dry mixture..
- Now add gram flour and all the dry spices stir it well..
- Finally add the bread crumps and coriander and mix it well till it starts leaving sides and your micture is in a dough form..
- Off the flame a the let it cool..
- Now grease your palm and make small balls from the mixture..
- Take a icecream stick and take 1 mixture balls..
- Insert the stick in a ball and flaten it with ur palm to give a shape of lollipop..
- In this way make all the pops and keep them in fridge for 1/2 hour..
- Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry on medium flame..
- After fryng cover the remaining part ot the stick with foil paper for a better presentation..
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
