- You need of Rice long grain.
- Prepare of Fresh tomatoes.
- Make ready of Fresh bonnet pepper.
- Prepare of Fresh chilli peppers.
- It’s of Onions.
- Make ready of G.oil.
- You need of Maggi.
- Prepare of Benny stock.
- Prepare of Curry I use masala tiger curry.
- Prepare of Cloves.
- Make ready of Acee all seasoning.
- Make ready of Meat stock.
- Take Tin of tomatoes.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
Jollof Rice/plantain served with Ram meat instructions
- Wash and blend all be pepper boil till dry.
- Dice the remaining onions,wash your Rice and set aside. I love washing with hit water if am not parboiling the Rice to remove starch.
- Put pot on gas, put oil and allow to heat then add slice onions, saute for a while then add the Tin tomatoes and fry like 10mins.
- Add in boiled fresh pepper and fry awhile then add in all ingredients (Maggi and the rest) let it fry for some time.
- Add in washed Rice and turn it very well to steamed for some minute before adding meat stock butter and little water that can cook the rice. Then leave to cook.
- Check time to time to prevent burning… Taste and adjust with Benny if needed.
- Then check the texture if the Rice if it remains small to cook just cover with foil or sack and steamed by lowering your heat at this time..
- Check time to time and turn. Off the gas if it's well steamed..
