  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of Carom seeds.
  7. Take 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida or hing.

  9. It’s as needed of Rice flour.

Pinwheel Puris instructions

  1. In maida add salt, hing oil 6 tsp, pepper powder and knead a medium stiff dough.
  2. To besan add salt, ajwain, oil 2 tsp and knead a medium stiff dough.
  3. Make portions and roll out 2 maida rotla and 2 besan rotlo using rice flour if needed.
  4. Aplly oil on 1 maida rotlo and sprinkle rice flour. Place besan rotlo, apply oil, sprinkle rice flour.
  5. In this way make a pile of 4 rotlas, roll slightly again to level them evenly.
  6. Roll tighty and cut into portions.
  7. Press each and roll slightly to make puris.
  8. Deep fry crispy and enjoy with family this DIWALI.
