Cauliflower Manchurian in Air fryer # theme challenge step by step
- Mix ingredients for cauliflower chunks and keep aside.
- Mix ingredients for paste and add to prepared cauliflower chunks, mix well.
- Preheat the Air fryer for 3 minutes on 200’C (if you don’t have Air fryer, you can deep fry the chunks).

- Put it on the air fryer for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes open the fryer and brush cauliflower chunks with olive oil and put it back for another 15 minutes, (cook the next batch similarly).
- Meanwhile prepare the Manchurian sauce, in a frying pan add 2 Tbsp olive oil, add asafetida, ginger, chili, cabbage, tomatoes sautéed for 2 minutes add all the ingredients for sauce.
