- It’s 1/4 bowl of Sweet corns small.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Black pepper.
- Take 2 pinches of Organo or mixed herbs;).
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Dry fenugreek leaves powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Dry roasted cumin powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Chat masala.
- You need of Oil for frying.
Corn Cheese beet balls instructions
- First wash, boil mashed potatoes.. grate cheese and knead cheese.
- Make a better with refined flour, corn flour, spices and salt.. Mix beet root juice and water while making better.
- Flatten a small quantity of cheese on yo'r palm put 4-5 sweet corns in it, roll and make a ball like shape, cover with mashed potatoes mixture and dip in maida better.
- Heat oil in a flat bottom pan and fry all the balls till get crispness.
- Remove from oil and spread over a paper napkin to soak access oil.
- Potato balls with cheese, corn r ready.
- Serve hot with red ketchup and green chuttney.
