  1. First wash, boil mashed potatoes.. grate cheese and knead cheese.
  2. Make a better with refined flour, corn flour, spices and salt.. Mix beet root juice and water while making better.
  3. Flatten a small quantity of cheese on yo'r palm put 4-5 sweet corns in it, roll and make a ball like shape, cover with mashed potatoes mixture and dip in maida better.
  4. Heat oil in a flat bottom pan and fry all the balls till get crispness.
  5. Remove from oil and spread over a paper napkin to soak access oil.
  6. Potato balls with cheese, corn r ready.
  7. Serve hot with red ketchup and green chuttney.
