  3. Prepare 1 slice of Provolone Cheese.
  4. Prepare 2 medium of Romaine Leaves.
  5. Make ready 1 of thin slice of Vidalia Onion.
  6. Take 1/4 cup of Sauerkraut.
  7. You need of Sauce.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise.
  9. Take 1 tbsp of Ketchup.
