  6. It’s 1 of tsp baking powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 of tsp baking soda.
  8. Prepare 1/4 of cup water.
  9. Make ready 1/4 of cup chocolate chips.
  10. Prepare of Pinch salt.
  11. You need 6-8 of cupcake liners.

Chocolate Cupcake instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl take curd and oil. Add vanilla / pineapple extract and whisk well till the curd and oil blends smooth..
  2. Whisk and combine maida, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt..
  3. Add ¼ cup of water and make a smooth batter. Add chocolate chip and fold gently..
  4. Take the cake batter and pour into cupcake liners two-third to ¾ full. Tap twice to level up uniformly and remove any air bubbles if present..
  5. Bake the cupcakes at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes..
  6. Cool down the cupcakes completely and serve them as required..
