  1. It’s 4 of boiled potatoes mashed.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.
  3. Take 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour maida.
  4. Take As per taste of salt.
  5. Take 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions.
  6. You need 2-3 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Prepare 2 of chopped green chilli.
  8. It’s 1/4 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp of chaat masala.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of mango powder.
  11. Take 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  12. It’s 1/4 tbsp of cumin powder.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of chilli flakes.

Crispy Potato Lollipop instructions

  1. Take the grated or mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl..
  2. Now add finely chopped onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves..
  3. Now add 2 tbsp bread crumbs..
  4. Then add cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mango powder..
  5. Start mixing it without adding water.mix to a soft dough..
  6. Soft dough is ready now..
  7. Take a small bowl and add 2 tbsp maida, with water to make slurry by mixing it well..
  8. Now take another breadcrumbs in a plate,and add chilli flakes mix it well and keep it ready..
  9. Place a small amount of oil in your hand and rub it all over, so dough will not stick to your hand..
  10. Make balls of the potato mixture..
  11. Dip it in maida paste.roll until all sides are cotated well..
  12. Drop the coated balls on to the crumbs.mix and roll it until well coated. prepare all the balls in same way..
  13. Heat the oil and drop the balls one by one and deep fry until golden brown. flame should be medium.
  14. Arrange the fried balls on a serving plate and insert toothpicks into each balls.serve it hot with mayonnaise or tomato sauce..
