  10. You need 3 of Bread slices(crumbs).
  11. It’s 10-12 of ice cream sticks.

  15. Take 1/2 Tsp of red chilli powder.
  16. Make ready 1 Tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

  20. Take 1 & 1/2 Tbsp of oil.
  21. Take 1 Tbsp of chopped ginger garlic.
  22. Take 2 Tbsp of red chilli sauce.
  23. You need 1 Tsp of red chilli powder.
  24. Take 1/4 Cup of water.
  25. Take 1 Tbsp of soy sauce.
  26. It’s little of Salt.
  27. You need 1 Tbsp of cornflour + 2Tbsp water.
  28. Prepare 1 pinch of Food color.

Indo Chinese Veg Lollipop step by step

  1. To a Bowl, add all the ingredients for lollipop, mix it well, & prepare small oval balls out of it..
  2. Now, take an ice cream stick & shape the ball on it in the shape of a lollipop.
  3. Make all the lollipops in the similar way..
  4. On an another bowl, add all the ingredients of batter & add water to make a smooth batter out of it..
  5. Dip the lollipops in the batter & dip them in bread crumbs also..
  6. Heat some oil for deep frying and deep fry the lollipops, till they turn golden brown in color.
  7. Once they turn golden brown in color, take they out of oil and keep the lollipops aside..
  8. To make the sauce for the lollipops, heat some oil in a pan,add chopped ginger and garlic & saute..
  9. Add the sauces and mix it well..
  10. Add some water, & cornflour slurry & bring it a boil.
  11. After 2 mins turn off the flame & the sauce is ready..
  12. Now, serve the hot lollipops with the prepared sauce..
  13. Place some chopped cabbages in the plate for garnishing..
