  6. It’s 1/2 of red chilli powder.
  7. You need 1 tablespoon of maggi masala.
  8. Prepare 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
  9. Take 2 of onion (medium size).
  10. You need 1 of carrot (graded).

  1. In a bowl grade potatoes add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,maggi masala,ginger garlic paste,carrot,onion.mix all ingredients very well to make a soft dough.

  3. Now in a bowl add maida and cornflour,water to make a batter,now dip this ball in this water then dust with bread crumbs..
  4. Heat a oil in a wok fry this balls until their colour changes to golden..
  5. Veg lollipop is ready to eat.Serve with schezwan sauce..
