- Cream butter and sugar together. Add one egg at a time and the vanilla esscense. Pour mixture into sift self rising flour. Mix well.
- Spray cooking/baking spray or put a piece of cling wrap in each of the holders in the cupcake tray and put it in frige for few minutes.Place chocolate in a bowl and put in the bowl of hot water. Don't let water touch the chocolate..
- Remove tray from fridge and put a spoonful of chocolate into the holders in the cupcake tray and spread it evenly on the bottom and sides of the tray place it back into the fridge for a while. Once its hard remove it gently with the cling wrap and leave it back into the fridge. Wash your tray up grease it and put in your cupcake mixture. Bake it.
